All selected systems supplied by TECSOU are professionally installed, to enhance the reliability of the end product, we strictly install according to manufacturers specifications, taking into consideration all the environmental aspects.

All of this can simply be avoided by installing the product correctly, by personnel who are fully trained in the practice, using the correct tools and equipment, and by those who take pride in what they are doing. Product Training and After Sales Service
Training is provided for the end user on all products supplied and installed by TECSOU, to ensure full user confidence in the product, and to allow the end user to get the most out of the system installed. Operating manuals are provided to facilitate ease of use as well. After sales service on any technical product is a necessity. And all system users will have peace of mind knowing that they will have access to 24-hour cell Phone response.
TECSOU has a head office located in Pretoria were the decision-making is located.
All the marketing, administration and research and development are carried out here.
Technical control is also exercised from the head office, but this division is more decentralized to accommodate effective response times at various site locations.
The technical division consists of dedicated installers, who specialize in the installation and commissioning of new systems, and service technicians, who specialize in the repair of systems that malfunction for any reason.
We offer all inclusive service contracts to our clients, and this guarantees them peace of mind with respect to servicing of equipment and the cost there of.
